Property development
Acted for a number of property developers, advising on acquisition of residential property, subsequent conversion to flats and sale.
Land registry
Successfully gained title of possession on behalf of a client who had occupied his property for 50 years but had no legal right of ownership. Assisted in registering property with the Land Registry.
Commercial Acquisition
Acted for the tenant on the acquisition of a warehouse
Environmental clearance
When a client’s sale fell through following an adverse environmental search, Jagruti investigated the matter and demonstrated that the previous commercial use of the land did not pose a risk of contamination. A clear certificate was given for the property and the sale could proceed.
